 Our classes are inspired from the world of dance and music —                          from pop, rock, hip hop, world, soul, disco, r and b, alternative, contemporary         and everything in between! 
Set to this inspiring and uplifting soundtrack is a class that combines               basic dance  moves from various styles with a well rounded fitness program of Cardiovascular, Strength, Balance, Core and Flexibility training.
 Amongst a fun and encouraging environment, the classes uplift the soul whilst energising the body and freeing the mind. It is a WHOLE BODY workout.
